This policy covers the runbot.io website. Runbot applications and third-party partner platforms have their own terms and privacy notices.

02 Data we collect and why

Demo and contact requests. When you use the "Book a Demo" or "Contact Sales" form, we collect your name, email address, company (optional) and message, in order to answer your request and follow up on a potential business relationship. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to a contract, and our legitimate interest in developing our business (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Audience measurement. We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to measure visits and page performance. These tools work without advertising cookies and produce aggregated statistics. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in improving the website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Technical logs. Our hosting provider processes technical data (IP address, date and time, pages requested, browser) to deliver the website and keep it secure. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not sell personal data and we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

03 Retention

• Demo and contact requests: up to 3 years after our last exchange with you.
• Audience statistics: aggregated, without identifying individual visitors.
• Technical logs: for the limited period set by our hosting provider, for security purposes.

04 Recipients and processors

Your data is accessed only by authorized Runbot staff and by the service providers we use to operate the website:

• Vercel Inc. (website hosting, analytics and performance measurement);
• Supabase Inc. (processing of contact form submissions);
• our email service provider (delivery of contact form messages to our team).

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union, in particular in the United States. Such transfers are governed by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

05 Your rights

Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You can also give instructions on what happens to your data after your death.
